 BMTA 
(Bangkok Mass Transit Authority). Le BMTA fournit les services de
bus pour Bangkok et les provinces voisines. En Avril 1998, la BMTA
déservait 136 lignes directement ou sous licence - The BMTA
is providing bus service to people living and working in Bangkok
and the nearby provinces (i.e. Nothaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Sakhon,
Samut Prakan and Nakhon Pathom Provinces). As of April, 1998, the
BMTA operated a total of 136 routes, served by 4,056 buses, of which
2,862 were regular buses and 1,194 air-conditioned buses. There
were also privately-owned buses operated under the BMTA with a total
of, 1862 regular and air-conditioned buses and 1,580 minibuses including
2,371 small buses which provide services in lanes (Soi). An average

Microbus
gère 11 lignes de bus dans Bangkok (voir photos): 3, 4, 5,
6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 23. Prix du trajet 25 THB quelque soit
la destination (sauf ligne 15: 20 THB). Pour les cartes des lignes
